I have ordered this item for several years and the walnuts are always fresh and good tasting. I use them on my cereal and in salads.

We eat a lot of nuts. I used to buy all my nuts (walnuts, pecans, and almonds) from a warehouse club. They were all fine for years until about 2 years ago when the walnuts began to be a problem…they were often rancid even when the expiration date was well off. I was tired of throwing money away every time I threw walnuts away so I started shopping for options. I found the 32 ounce bag of Fisher nuts here on Amazon and upon trying them, was thrilled with their freshness and taste. I started subscribing to the 32 oz bag and have been very satisfied until a couple months ago when the nuts were out of stock and my subscription didn’t come for a couple months. Now they’re back, thankfully, and mine are fresh and delicious (unlike some of the other reviews I’m reading for smaller bags), but the price has risen again. It was already so much higher for two pounds than I had always paid for three pounds and is now becoming out of reach. I may have to cancel my subscription and just make it an occasional splurge purchase. Delicious, but pricey!

Very good for my brownies

Nice size bag. I have been using the walnuts to make ice cream sundies with pineapple or strawberries or both and chocolate syrup. Yum yum!
