this is my second bottle of the 365 cordyceps, I've been taking them daily, and have helped with overall energy levels as well as increased energy during the gym cardio sessions.any supplements should be taken daily and used for AT LEAST 2 weeks to BEGIN seeing/feeling the effects

This is a fine option for daily cordyceps consumption. I try to keep this variety and some other functional/nootropic supplements within my chronic illness daily regimen and would consider reordering these. Okay value. No noticable taste or swallowing issues, no smell or sensory icks, and the capsules arrived filled and sealed. Perhaps not as noticable re improvements in energy or mood, but worth a go.

90 servings of cordyceps, in capsule form. At less than 20 dollars. That is a great deal. And considering that 365 is quality, I would highly recommend this. I love taking these and is one of my main supplements I have around. Absolutely great benefit to them and they are easy to swallow with no side effects but I do notice the subtle benefits. Easy 5 stars

Personally haven't felt any difference from taking for a bit. Aleast tho the pills do come sealed and secured and I can trust whole foods with quality
