Not matching with the price
It is not so good product according to the price we purchased. Also there is no brand name mentioned in the bag.

Poor quality and craftsmanship
Within a week of Use the bag started breaking down at seams. Craftsmanship is poor affecting overall quality. Not happy with the purchase.

This bag was the perfect size for me and is very durable. I got it for a trip to New York because I wanted a bag that was big enough to carry all my necessities but not take up a ton of room, and this did just that. It has lots of compartments which helps me organize my life more easily which I love. The bag looks nice and expensive (once I took off the bag charm it comes with), I got tons of compliments on it and was asked where it was from several times! The bag does have a slight smell and need has creases/ needs to be shaped but if you follow the directions it comes with then you'll be fine. I didn't notice the smell after a day or two and the bag holds up nicely.

Colour looks lighter than shown in the picture. Lining material and Zip is of poor quality. Disappointed with the purchase. Packaging was very good. Can't return because I used it.
