Great compact machine for home espresso lovers I’ve been using this machine for a while now and overall I’m very happy with it. It’s compact, stylish, and fits perfectly in a small kitchen without compromising on performance. The espresso quality is consistently good, with nice crema, and it heats up quickly which is great for busy mornings. The steam wand works well for milk frothing once you get the hang of it, and it’s capable of making decent cappuccinos and lattes at home. Build quality feels solid for the price point, and it’s quite easy to clean and maintain.

Been using this product for more than a week now and couldn't be more happier with the product and Delonghi's service so far. Delonghi was quick to arrange for a demo as soon as the product got delivered. For coffee lovers and daily caffeine needs, this is a goto product at this price range. The only disadvantage with the product is the steam wand length..Had the length been a little more bigger, could have made it a 10/10 product!

It is a superb product by itself. And at this price, it is just perfect. First, the coffee is amazing (I'd recommend to get a grinder separately and grind the beans fresh every time). With a few simple steps, I get perfect coffee, with great crema, flavour, and everything else. It is very simple to use, just a few steps to this great coffee. It has some customisation (hardness, volume of coffee and so on), although I have not really changed anything. It looks fabulous with the gleaming stainless steel ... and yet it occupies very little space on the kitchen tabletop. The company has a local setup, offering consumables (e.g. descaler) and service if required. What is there not to recommend?!!!!

No complaints about this product but this is regarding the post sales service . Tried calling customer care which is taken care by Orient Electric (may be for India operations) but never got any response from the concerned team. What's the point of buying and instrument for which you cannot get help.

Using this machine for last ten days. A compact and well built machine, having all the relevant features; such as temperature control, water hardness control and auto shut-off time control. Detachable “steam wand” makes it easy to clean. It’s 1.1 litres capacity of water jacket and 15 bars of steam pressure make the machine complete. In deed a machine with beautiful look and smart features. Quality of machine speaks in itself. Excellent finish. Earlier I have used two machines of other brands, but this Delonghi EC 685 is incomparable. A must buy for coffee lovers. No second thought while buying this machine. I being an Electrical Engineer, after analysing all the aspects technically and that too in depth, am writing this review.

It’s also great for making cappuccinos and lattes — a real upgrade for home coffee lovers. The only area for improvement would be the steam wand, which could be designed better for creamier milk froth. Otherwise, it’s a well-made and reliable coffee maker that’s definitely worth the buy!!
