Great machine for the money.
This little machine works great for the money. It has no problem digging hard red clay soil. I used it to dig a 100ft long ditch that was 30 inches deep. The soil was extremely hard but it dug it without a problem. It is a little slow, mainly because you cannot use two controls at once. I've read that you can replace the hydraulic pump with a larger one to fix this problem but I'm not sure it's worth doing. The controls are a little jerky but you'll get use to it with practice. Overall I'm extremely happy with this purchase.
