Dr recommended to use Psylium daily. This is the best. Pure and natural. It works like a dream.

So far so good. I had good results the first day I used it. It’s a little tricky mixing it with water but it’s not a big problem. I especially like the fact that it’s made in the USA in Oregon. Great product.

Good fiber supplement, fair price.

This is the first time that I have tried using this coarse form of psyllium. A lot different from the more refined product. Mixing it in water, it doesn't disolve so the texture is quite like pulpy orange juice but much more pulpy. No taste, so that's A plus. My bowel movements are much improved and that is the ultimate result I am seeking. Don't find the texture, although different, objectionable and will continue using this in the future.
