Very good for aches and pains
I bought this for my mum who has arthritis. It really helped with the pain. Reduced it immensely. It does the same for me with a recent injury. Mild warming of oil between your palms, rubbing it into the afflicted part, wait a while (hot compresses if possible), and bathe in hot water. It reduces arthiritis-type pains drastically. Improves mobility too. Helps muscular aches and pains too.

Be careful before u use this.
One of the worst oils to buy. Please check and use. I got a spoilt one. Not sure why did they even send a spoilt oil to me
