Works to split Bose cinemate signal
Works to split the signal on Bose Cinemate so you can run four speakers. No quality or signal loss. I bought an extra pair dirt cheap off eBay in hopes this would work and it does with this cable. 4 tiny Bose satellites rocking my living room now! Love it. I also bought a 50 ft extension so I could place them in all four corners of my great room with 25 foot ceilings.

solved a knotty repair problem
which avoided removing a 400# automated hoist from recessed ceiling location, yanking the motherboard, and replacing ... this was great. Thx for keeping something like this in stock!

Make sure you are ordering the correct connector
This appeared to be a fine little connector, just as described, but my order turned out to be a mistake. What I was looking for was a cable that would connect to the VGA monitor outlet on my PC and enable me to use two monitors. That isn't a 9 pin connector, its a 15 pin connector. I subsequently purchased a VGA Splitter that did the job.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01F37AVWQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1When I tried to return this item, return shipping was more than cost of the item resulting in a $0 refund. I'll send it back anyway because it is of no use to me.

Just what I needed
I got a GPS puck for the mobile and have this hooked up to the GPS puck and it feeds GPS information to my Uniden BCD996XT police scanner and also the Icom ID-880H D-Star ham radio at the same time. Both units (and I) are happy.

Poor!!! Not straight thru
Plugged in wouldn't work rang out pins not straight thru 2 male pin went to 4 female pin, 3 to 3, 5 to 1.I opened the connector it was terrible.
