Amazing work Es Espinho & Team! The product was timely delivered and looks exactly as the pictures. I went with 5 seater (3+2), fabric cloth rather than leatherette as i personally feel leatherette can wear off quicker. The quality of material is as per expectation and looks superb!The seller was constantly in touch and listened to every bit throughout the delivery. I must say great customer service.Surely will be ordering more from this seller in future. Strongly recommended!

I bought 3 +2 Sofa Set which looks pretty good in pictures and trusted 5 star review. Generally I buy from FBA sellers with good number of reviews , thought i took a risk to buy this sofa : ) First, I had a challenging experience with delivery and some quality issue which got sorted out after some marathon efforts.1.Sofa design looks nice, foam & fabric quality is good2. Had issues with sofa leg assembly (wooden legs are supplied with sofa which gets fitted to this assembly)3. I had to do lot of escalation with Amazon & Seller, finally Seller replaced assembly and legs for both 3+2 sofa with L shaped stainless steel legs which is sturdy & permanent solution.I must say even Amazon customer support is superb, they assured me to see in to that i get support and in worst case they would even refund entire amount through claim process , though Seller team member kept his commitment and ensured before Diwali they solve my concern up to satisfactory level. Over all I am giving one star because its not easy to get such issues resolved as it takes lot of time, efforts and bit stressful dealing with customer care / arguments with Seller etc. that too after paying approx 50K amount?

The sofa enlightens the living area and is comfortable as well.But the delivery needs to be improved as they werent ready to deliver on the second floor

The media could not be loaded. Product is good, but not even a year old, one of the leg is bending inside, looks like the base frame is broken. Contacted the seller but no response. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Superb work done by team. Seller customised the fabric and accessories as per our requirements and delivered the sofa well within time with 100% quality. A big thumbs up to them and highly recommend others for their purchase.

Initially the product looked good but within a month one of the leg of the sofa broke along with its wooden frame. After that when I saw the quality of the wood used in it I was shocked. Also the sharp nails in the frame were coming off and hidden by the sofa fabric. Don’t know what type of company you are running where there is no quality and safety checks. The seller is just trying to gain profit by using the lowest quality of material and making a fool out of their customers by not responding to the communications from Amazon as well as the customers themselves. The seller said that the warranty is on major issues and this is not major for him. I think this warranty is applicable only when the sofa breaks in to two parts. He is not replacing it or anything. This warranty is just a myth. I hope amazon will take necessary actions or I know what I have to do.

The Espinho sofa set is a good addition to the living room. My experience has been good with the Espinho team making sure that they gave me the exact colour and dimensions I was looking for. The delivery was also very well coordinated. Good experience overall.
