Excellent
I wanted a slightly older mini PC. The new ones often have soldered parts that cannot be replaced/ upgraded, and are more fragile. This machine is very well put together and gives extremely easy access to all parts with very minimal effort. One can easily replace most parts. The Hard Drive, add a m.2 hard drive, the RAM, the fan, wifi card and I think even the cpu is easily interchangeable.I would think that anyone who gets this computer would want to replace the Hard Drive w/ an SSD, which provides a substantial increase in speed and performance.I was pleasantly surprised to see that this has an m.2 slot for an added drive. I placed a 256gb m.2 drive and a 2.5" 1TB SSD in place of the Hard Drive - after copying Windows from the HDD to the m.2 with Macrium software. The performance and speed of the computer is good. it is always totally quiet and does not get too hot. i have the 36W version. The case for the computer is solid, no flaws, and well built.I use this computer for a high volume of large data transfers. With the 6 USB 3.2 slots on this computer, the speed for data transfers is blazing fast. While setiing up this computer, I noticed that whenver I made any adjustments to the Bios settings, the boot start up process would become extremely slow. Slow boot ups did not occurr outside of the bios interactions. I also added a spare 8gb of ram I had laying around that made the computer even faster.I noticed that some of the slow boot was due to a udev issue. This had something to do w/ the pc reading the 2.5" SSD drive. I actually had to go into bios at start, plug the pc into the internet, and download/ update the bios to clear this issue. i would recommend to anyone who buys this computer to update bios from the jump.I now have a core i5 w/ 16gb of ram with 256gb m.2 SSD and 1 TB SSD for about $165. That's a pretty good deal. These days, I refuse to pay the hundreds of dollars for new computers when I can get such great performance out of perfectly good used computers. I dual boot w/ Windows and Linux.

Far Better than the new Plastic Box Mini PCs
This is a well built little PC in a steel case. It is relatively easy to open and service. It is quiet, even under heavy load, and seems to stay quite cool. I am using it as an HTPC, a role that it fits perfectly. The one I received does have two display ports, unlike a couple of other reviewers that got only one. And, mine has a 65W Intel Core i5-6500, not the slower 35W Core i5-6500T. Mine also had a case that truly is in excellent condition on the exterior. There are clear signs inside that it is well used inside, mostly on the main cooling fan that obviously had been cleaned and is in good shape. The secondary cooling fan under the HDD that I am sure is intended to cool the M.2 and WIFI modules (if present) had dust in it that I cleaned out. Two other things of note: there are supposed to be 4 bushings on the 2.5" drive that secure it into the HDD tray. Mine only had three, which works fine so it is just an observation. And, there was no screw in the post that holds down they M.2 card. Fortunately, I had some of those little teeny things on hand from prior system builds. To be sure it activated correctly, I configured the Windows 10 Pro distribution on it. And then, I removed that HDD, installed a WD Black 256GB NVME M.2 card along with a Silicon Power 256 GB 2.5" SSD in it. And then I installed Kubuntu Linux and Kodi on those drives. You can find a helpful service manual for these online.Overall, if you are in the market for a mini-PC, I think one of these renewed systems is the way to go. They are low enough cost that if they have limited life because they are used, just buy a backup.EDIT: I liked it enough to buy a second one as a backup to the first. The second one I received is the slower (and as advertised) 35W Core i5-6500T, which is fine for my purposes. It does not have a secondary fan like the first one, but appears to be identically the same motherboard. There goes my theory the second fan was for cooling the M.2 card. The 65W case has ventilation openings on top, whereas the 35W case does not. Otherwise, the two PCs are almost identical, including both having two display ports.

Good performance and connectivity in a small size at a low price
Pros:- Lots of USB 3 for high speed peripherals- Decent storage, booted quick and setup did not take long. I remembered HDDs being slower than this.- There's an empty M.2 and wifi slots under the HDD. The case is easy to open and its not difficult to reach these.- CLEAN windows 10 install, NO 3rd party bloatware. The only stuff i found was the MS included bloatware like skype, but i don't think there's a way to install windows that doesn't include that stuff.- Unit was in very good condition, i would think it was new except for some minor damage on the VGA plug.Cons:- The VGA plug on my unit had some minor damage & scratching. My guess is someone in the past was really fighting with that plug. doesn't matter to me since I don't use VGA and the 2 display ports provide a better quality image anyway. My unit came with 2x 4Gb sticks of ram, so no empty slot for a quick upgrade. Also included generic bargain bin mouse and keyboard, didn't test these as i have better ones already.

Outstanding buy great performance and a reasonable cost,
This is an update. I've had this computer a few months loner now. On buying it I did a few upgrades - 1 TB solid SSD, 32 GB Memory, internal Wifi-Bletooth card. I had occassion to call tech support - the tech I woroked with was the best! This comuter looked new on arrival. It runs perfectly and is cool and quiet in operation. I also have a Elite Desk 750 G4 that I bought new and like tis macihine much bettwe - the G4 with its AMD Ryzen runs 30 to 40 degrees hotter than this I-5 processor, with no appreciable gains in performance. I woudl not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

Cheap but slow
It is cheap and works. However, it is slow. It may be OK for YouTube and simple tasks.
