Faux Wood Garden Storage Box

First I have looked at so many of these products trying to find a good quality/price balance, weighing up the the materials and claims made by the manufacturers, in conclusion I purchased one of these Yitahomeunits, delivery was on time exactly as promised, very well packed nice box everything inside, with easy simple assembly booklet.Material quality is better than some of the other brands, very precisely cast and molded strong componentsthis is a product produced with a great deal of thought and designed to fit together in a tight ridged structure.So after correct assembly all the joints are almost invisible no gaps, making a close almost seamless finished item.I would suggest that the asembly instructions are studied from start to finish before attempting assembly, better to lay out the components in preparation.The actual assembly is logical once you have layed out the parts with reference to the diagrams, and identified the items, it is not rocket science, follow the order of things and you will actually enjoy putting it together...the rubber mallet idea is a good one, if you do not have such a tool, like a camping tent peg mallet, then perhaps a small softwood block with an old towel wrapped round it, this is only used to gently tap the locking tabs of the sections into the location slots, this is a common practice for fast assembly method of plastic type components it is quick and easy and forms a surprisingly ridged structure once completed.My unit resulted in a nice squared structure, no warping, no bending, strong enough for the designed purpose.Conclusion, these look good, are a good design, the panels are of good quality, looks of better quality than the cheaper variety on offer, so yes worth the money, and designed with the end user in mind.Recommend yes

'Easy to assemble' is a no no, it clicks together, but as you click one side in, the other side pops out. Very frustrating...

I wanted this box to store my outdoor cushions in. They are a set of 6 big seat and big back cushions, and they all fit nicely inside the box, and most importantly after all the heavy rain we've had it has all stayed perfectly dry. I am really pleased with my purchase. It was quite easy to assemble too.

Very discreet tucked away. Right size and totally waterproof. Perfect

Not bad for the money, nice size sturdynest OK.Cleaning it OK.

So took a little bit of a chance as some reviews stated it didn't go together properly, but I have to say I felt it went together ok even on my own, would have been better with an extra pair of hands, but I managed it. Parts are made with the letters on them, and instructions were ok. The box lid when together flexs even with the strengthening rods, but it goes back to it's original shape without any problems.Seems to be reasonably waterproof, but it doesn't have a rubber seal so won't stop the damp. Overall very happy with it.

At a cost of £179 and described as "waterproof" I was suprised when it was delivered flat-packed. Having now assembled it I do not consider it to be waterproof. I remember why I like to see before I buy !DISAPPOINTED....

Love this storage box. Took 2 of us to build it. Comprehensive instructions. Highly recommend the following before you attempt building… a good supervisor (preferably a woman who has read the instructions fully), your favourite tipple on hand and some good music. Once completed, it’s a really sturdy box that doubles up for seating.
