Authentic Pure Yuzu Juice (like one sold in Japan)
This is authentic, 100% pure Yuzu Juice, just like the one I enjoyed growing up in Japan. MINUS: It's TOO EXPENSIVE!!!

If you love lemons...
I love this stuff! It taste like lemons, but with a twist. It's something about the flavor that's more refreshing to me than just regular lemons.

Can use anytime you want a citrus punch
You could use this anytime a recipe calls for lemon juice. I mostly use it as part of a Salmon dish. Very fresh citrus taste.

The best of 4 yuzu juices!
I've tried four different yuzu juices from Amazon, and I've had yuzu many times. This one is the best! In order of best to worst, Brand (id you can search by): Hikarishokuhin (B09TP39FXQ) LAUSAC (B07PDQ8VGT) Shirakiku (B09G4HXTGK) ヒカリ (B07SRRHVHG) If I try more brands, I'll update. But this one has been a clear winner so far.
