Excellent product. I try to limit my carbs and run on fats but most meal replacements don't offer enough fat for fuel and my body ends up using much of the extra protein I eat for fuel instead. What a waste! What works best for me is using TWO scoops per drink because I prefer taking in 30 to 40 gms of protein per meal and as much fat as possible for enough energy to get me through at least half of the day. As an active 64 year old, I know the importance of staving off sarcopenia and having a good clean energy source. Even when consuming 2 scoops per sitting, it still only comes out to $3.70 per drink which I'll gladly pay versus fast food or commercial low fat protein drinks any day of the week. It blends well with water or (whole milk, which makes it 32 gms of protein per drink) and it tastes better than any other meal replacements I've tried. I also like that the texture is thinner so it's easy to drink, which makes it easier to take my vitamins and supplements with it. This product tastes AMAZING!! I added organic cacao powder for a double chocolate flavor and WOW! Delicious and satisfying and no too sweet not sugar taste/aftertaste. I received this after my normal low carb double chocolate protein powder was not available. After my first glass of KetoLogic, I’m cancelling my other protein powder shake product and replacing it with KetoLogic!

It is a great way to fill you up while also keeping you on ketosis. I wouldn’t say it tastes just like a fast food milkshake because the flavor is really tamed, but if you mix it with milk it enhances the flavor. The cost is a bit high so I only use it when I really feel like a milkshake or in between meals.

I live on this stuff and love it. Tastes great mixed in my.morning coffee! But my goodness, breaking through the seal under the lid requires some muscle or a very sharp knife.

This mix has great keto ingredients and dissolves easily. One scoop with water and an ice cube blends easily by hand in a shaker bottle leaving very little residue and no gritty texture so this is convenient to just measure the dry mix in your bottle and take it with you so you can add the water and shake later. The chocolate tastes like a less-sweet and less-thick fast-food milkshake. There is no stevia aftertaste. This could be made thicker if you like with more ice and possibly some heavy whipping cream in a beverage blender, but even just with water it's pleasantly drinkable like chocolate milk.

The price on this shake powder was good and it was designed to fit the keto diet, so I ordered it to give it a shot. I was excited to try it when it first arrived, but only until I took the first sip. It was advertised as having a "delicious strawberry flavor." When I mixed it up, it looked like a strawberry shake and smelled like strawberry, but the taste was only slightly reminiscent of strawberry. I have had many other keto shakes that tasted MUCH better. Will not buy again!

Bought a tub of the vanilla and chocolate to bring for my lunch at work after intermittent fasting all morning. I make this shake at 12:30pm to break my fast. It's filling, and I am surprised how well it mixes in just a shaker bottle with no ball or mixing item inside of it. Cost is like $1.60 per lunch doing this and is helping me lose weight. The taste is pretty good - but I will say, both flavors taste a LOT better with just 1 Tbps of powdered peanut butter (P2B) in it. That also mixes in well, no chunks.

This mixes easily the consistency is amazing. I mixed it was just almond milk. I sometimes mix it with creatine. The taste is absolutely phenomenal and I always end up wanting to drink more and more. Sometimes I drink 2 cups it’s too good. I usually drink this after a meal since I’m trying to maintain weight and get some gains while on keto. And jeez this is the stuff for me. I had extra MCT oil, nuts, a scoop of almond butter, and heavy cream and ice for the smoothie blend. I love the strawberry flavor too I’m def reordering this and trying all the flavors!
