I have always purchased Carhartt workwear . They have never let me down,when I want quality, long lasting outdoor clothing, they have always fit just right- the fact that some of their line is made in Mexico doesn't affect the quality- and I understand why they have to move some of their operations out of the USA, with business costs and the ridiculous economy, if they had to make their line of clothing here, I being disabled, could not afford the very long lasting clothing I have worn for the past 5 decades- Thanks again Carhartt and Amazon for helping the common american to afford quality outdoor clothing

Great shirt as one would expect from Carhartt
High Quality product as I expected from Carhartt. I had ordered two similar but cheaper shirts made be Levi. The Levi products did not hold up. Also they were short and got shorter as I washed them. The Carhartt shirts a bit larger than I expected but that is better than too small. I do suggest you was the Carhartt shirts a few times to "soften" them before wearing.

Not true to Carhartt big and tall large size-runs small
My husband has been buying this Carhartt big and tall large shirt from the local Carhartt dealer for years so there is absolutely NO question about what size fits him. This shirt is not true to size. He could hardly get his arms in the sleeves. We bought the same shirt in the same size from another Amazon vendor at the same time we purchased this one (because this vendor had only one in stock) and the other shirt fit exactly as expected. Since I washed (and hung to dry as I do all if his jean shirts), prior too him trying it on, I didn't feel like I could ask to return it. My husband ended up selling the shirt (at a $10 loss) to a co-worker. Lesson learned.....

good shirt but not as thick as it used to be.
well made but expensive. A few of the snaps fail over time. still so much better than Wranglers. I took a star off because the denim isn't as thick as it used to be, and because of the snap failures.

Shirt pocket size
Pocket width not wide enough to got 4.5 wide water proof tablet and snapeds, no botton works real good ....wanger shink after washing .. carr.. fine

I like it, I like it a lot.
Big heavy duty Denim shirt. I spent another 12 bucks on cloth wax and had a rainproof waxed denim shirt like all the hipsters pay $150 for. Take that hipsters.
