Good for persons whose palm skin rips easily
I have wide variety of gloves and grips. I have also tried them in combination with chalk, in powder form, block form and liquid form. However, As these gloves are grips slide between my skin and whatever bar I am using, I am still prone to getting rips. I decided to try these because they were affordable. I was quite impressed with the result. For the first time, I have had no rips on my palms since using these. They can be easily used for dynamic movements like pull-ups and toes-to-bars as well. Since I’ve had these, I have not been needed to use chalk. I can’t imagine going back to using regular grips or gloves because these are the first products that I have used, which actually prevent rips. CON When using you have to be careful to make sure that the correct side is in contact with the bar, because the other side provides a very little traction. If the color of the two surfaces differ, that would be helpful. It is easy to tell the difference between the two by observation, but during a fast paced workout, your attention to detail waiver. For frequent use, they will require replacing, probably every few weeks to months. The thickness decreases overtime and impressions can be left in the fabric. I have noticed no issue with smell and they dry fairly easily. My hands are very small and they are still comfortable to use.

Functional, Durable and Great Value.
These grips have been awesome for me. I've had them for about a year now, I work out 3 times a week, and I'm still on my first pair. I think that's a great value. Grips are totally fine, unless lifting really heavy in which case you need wrist straps.. I own both..

Good tool for specific workouts
Yes these are basically small mouse pads however the fix a problem with some workouts. If you have some lifts that you struggle with because your hand is sweating this can fix that. For instance, a three point stand on a bench for certain back work, before my hand would be slipping on the bench and with one of these it is 100% stable. Are these a bit overpriced for what they are? Yes. But they did exactly what I was wanting and allow me to do certain lifts better so I'm happy I got them.

Mouse pads BUT also disposable gym grips
These are NOT designed to be true gym grips. Zhanmai is just a china marketplace for someone to profit off mouse pad material; hence the gym marketing but not a gym company. For $3 you could buy 8x9 mouse pad and cut them up yourself, but they would have frayed edges. If you want true gym grips (heavy weights, durable) buy Grip Power pads. BUT I'm keeping them for following reasons, which may help you: 1 - If you have smaller hands, these allow you to grip bars without increasing the thickness of dumbell/barbell handles. Thicker grips might limit you to a more open grip rather than really squeezing the bar tightly. Also good for grip strength during pull-ups or softening palms for pushups. Can also use them for elbow resting during ab planks. 2- I use them in the "V" corner of my kitchen countertop for my hand placement. I do leg raises against the counter inner corner while waiting for coffee to warm, pasta to boil, etc. It really works. Hands don't slide on counter. Gives good friction strength for hand placement. Weird but true. 3 - You would need to spend $6 on mouse pads to get equivalent, but would have frayed edges. I can't speak of their durability with heavy barbell lifts, Curl bars, etc but I believe they will eventually tear. I use Cobra and Gym grips for heavy. True gym grips are .5cm thick or greater. I use Grip Power Pads in my home gym. These are only .3 -- thin but useful for reasons noted above. Be creative and they can be useful, but likely disposable. 10 is a lot (5 pairs) and it will be awhile before they all are ruined by use.

Dual Purpose Lifting pads
Like these pads. They are reversible. Use them on side 1 & you can curl a bar having it slide so as to keep your wrist straight. Use side 2 & the pads will grip the bar not allowing any slippage. I prefer these pads to my working out gloves due to the reversible sides & the ease of use. I hate taking off & putting on my gloves. It's made for the Home workout as you do chores around the house

Way too thin and wears quickly
I guess this is one of those "you get what you pay for" purchases. I went for these cause of the amount of them you get for the price was good and the thickness was only .02 thinner than the previous version I had. But they're far too thin and were fraying and in bad shape only after a little more than a week of daily use. And one side is neoprene, which I didn't catch in the description so you can't just flip them over and use both sides cause they slide around and don't have that grip you need. Not a good choice for me at least.

Wasn't expecting them to have a felt side, usual grips like this are rubber both sides
