Q: Why is this so much more than in a store?

Product is supposed to be 12 packs vs. just one packet for that price. However, I have ordered this product twice and both times it came as only ONE pack and the pack was worn on edges and in really bad shape. One time there were even small holes in the food packaging! Be wary.
