Mayhew Pro 40022 38-Inch Line-Up Pry Bar

The first one was lost and FedEx couldn’t find it. I contacted customer service and they replaced it and the second one was received fine. This is a great tool.

Compared to similar sized pry bars, this one is a good value. I paid around $60+ and got free shipping. Very heavy and very heavy duty. When I ordered this, there where only a couple of these bars left. If Amazon still has any for sale in the low $60s, buy it.

Yes the flat end is at an angle.

I’ve always heard of co workers talking about Mayhew but never tired it and I’ve been missing out. These are strong I got the set of 3 alignment bars. Used them to line up rocker boxes to get bolts to line up on commercial trailers and torque arms and other various types of parts and hardware that go along with heavy duty commercial trucks and trailers. They don’t bend or flex that I’ve seen and when they get stuck I’ve hit them with a sledge or 40oz steel end dead blow and they held up. The coating is good used in wet and muddy situations and they have not rusted I neglected them and did not wipe them clean right away. I’ve recently ordered a few air hammer attachments that are Mayhew cause I like how well they perform and when I looked them up the company makes their products here, in the US.

We needed a decent weighted bar to assist in digging post holes and to help move a section of sidewalk back together and this seems to be just what we were looking for. It has prefect weight and feels very solid.

This line up pry bar was a great replacement for one of my (Classic Craftsman) line up tools that I gave away on a machine I had worked on and then sent out. Ebay wanted around $40.00 bucks for a replacement (Classic) , no thanks the Mayhew is a stronger tool for less money. It works very well.

This thing is a huge beast of a pry bar! I bought it at the same time I was buying the Mayhew 61306 and 60150 sets. I had gift cards from the holidays that were burning a hole in my pocket. This pry bar is huge and heavy like it should be and I've actually put it to use. I had to crib a 300 pound object about 4' off the ground and the 60" pry bar and a stack of lumber let me get the job done by myself in a slow and reasonable way very safely and with minimal effort. I was very happy that I had this pry bar on that occasion and I've used it a few more times since. I definitely get much more use out of the shorter sets, but this one is invaluable when you need it!

This is cheaper than any local place I could find. I ordered it not expecting it to be as sturdy as it is based on the price, but it is a great bar!
