Nice book on Practicing Mindfulness to reduce stress, better mental health and find peace
Enjoyed reading the book authored by Matthew Sockolov on bringing out practical tools for mindfulness and meditation practices to live a balanced, equanimous life with calmness and living in every moment with focus and harmony. Nice way to be mindful, with controlled thoughts, abhorring negativity, embrace the current circumstances and exercising deep breathing practices to still the mind.Nice prescriptions for practices to alleviate stress, foster well being and live with mental peace

Same book, less price elsewhere
I saw this same book with another publisher at one-third the price of this. Not worth buying from this publisher when all content is the same and only the paper quality and print is a little better.
