Q: Is the back blank ( no letters)?

Correct, no letter on the back.

Q: Will there be an English only version at some point?

This alphabet phonics pop it was developed together with a certified English phonics teacher to ensure the accuracy of the phonics, digraphs, blends, long/short vowels and double letters on the toy. So letters on this pop it is based primarily on the American English language. Aside from the ñ, all pops can be used to teach English speaking children the alphabets and phonics. The letters - ll, rr, ch - though a part of the Spanish alphabets, are also an integral part of the English phonics. Children can learn Spanish with them but it doesn’t deviate from the primary objective of this being an English learning toy. Thank you for your question.
