The Lost Deer Camp (Hometown Hunters)

My 10 year old boy is not a reader but has fallen in love with Lane Walker’s series. He can’t seem to put them down and this mama heart is living every minute of it. Perfect gift for an outdoorsy loving kid.

I ordered this for my 8 year old nephew for Christmas and he loved it!! He is really into hunting and this really gave him something to relate to while getting some good reading for his growing mind!

This is my sons second of the series and he loves these, it’s hard to get him to read normally but he actually doesn’t give me a problem with reading these.

I didn't read this book, but my son read it and asked if there were more like it! He is thirteen, so I was afraid he would be too old to enjoy it. I'm glad I took the chance.

Best books for a child who loves the outdoors and hunting.

My daughter is 7 and just started hunting this year with me. She can’t get enough of this book. Every night after her mother gets her showered and ready for bed she runs into the living room with the book in hand. It reads well for young minds with a little explanation along the way. Thank you so much for this book. It has made a difference in her life and mine. We bought the rest of the collection and look forward to reading them all.P.S. it got this young man back into reading as well something this day and age seems to be lost. Thank you.

I purchased the series last Fall and they have been so popular that I had to order an additional set!The students love these books! Mostly our Middle School, but our reluctant readers from the High School also love them! The only downfall is that I wish there were more. It is really hard to find hunting stories.
