This was a great buy! I love it ! Only downfall to this product is you can’t get a full size towel into it and I wish that they would improve the lid a little bit. It seems a little flimsy but works just fine., make the hinges and top a little more sturdy and you’ll get a 5 star from me ! Still a great buy!!!!

Very very small. Only holds maybe 2 hand towels. Towels are not steamed. I put the towels in the microwave to steam them. This was a waste of time and money.

Gets very hot and is very nice. Although it’s probably best to use distilled water as there is water build up that kinda sucks.

It heats up quickly, is fast and durable, but can be a bit difficult to keep closed. The size is a bit small, but it performs very well.

So I recently went on a trip and I got steamed towels from the flight attendants. It was a nice touch, and was very refreshing. So when I got home I decided I wanted to add that to my routine. It's amazing. I wake up in the morning, turn the dial a little bit and get a nice wake up. Before I go to bed, I turn the dial a little bit and refresh my face, hands, and feet. It's amazing how something so simple can make you feel. This particular machine is a little cheap, but it does the job. I'm satisfied
