The good: The product seems to work. I have had upper and mid back pain. After using it I have found myself standing and sitting up straight again.A criticism: I gave it only 3 stars because of the design. It came in a flat box with the pad, straps and booklet just thrown in loose, rattling around. For this price one would expect better packaging. The real complaint however is about the cord. The cord is way too short, about 4 feet long which means you either have to sit very near a plug or get an extension cord. Another problem with the short cord is that the power supply will be near you when you are treated. These power supplies can have negative health effects. They emit strong time-varying magnetic fields for about a 3 foot radius ( have measured these power supplies).Often people with back and muscular problems are spending time unknowingly in strong magnetic or electromagentic fields. These fields can cause all sorts of physical ailments. So this pad heals on one hand, but may cause problems on the other because of the emissions of the power supply. The power cord also seems flimsy and may be the reason the pad stopped working for some other reviewers. I have had another brand of IR LED pads for more than 10 years. Originally, it too had a flimsy cord and after a few years it ripped out. I sent it back to the manufacturer. They replaced the cord with a very heavy duty and very long cord that enabled one to keep a distance from the power supply and control. Perhaps this manufacturer should follow suit. Also note there is no timer so it would be easy to fall asleep with it on if you use it in bed. It does not get hot so I don't think it is a danger but who knows what rolling over on it might do to the cord.

I loved this product for six months, then it just quit working. Disappointed that at the price point it quit working after 6 months.

Very happy with the infrared light belt. It penetrate deep into the muscles and promotes healing while removing inflammation. Infrared light is the best therapy out there. Excellent for low back pain, neck pain, knee pain, tendonitis etc. I found relief on my back the first time I used it. The product is also very well designed, and flexible. Easy to use. I just love it. And the service from Amazon is excellent. Thank you.Sylvie

This light therapy works, I bought it last year for my sister and this year for my 90 year old farmer neighbor who has had back pain for more than a year-and-a-half, severe, and he stated that at night 3 of using it twice a day he was 100% better. My sister said it was very helpful and she felt way better as well. This product is well worth the investment, you got to use it twice a day for 20 minutes at a time , but it does works! IT WORKS!!!! It's a maintenance product, maintains pain reduction, inflammation reduction, better quality of life.

We are using the QBC for the relief of sciatica pain and shoulder pain. After one week of daily use, improvement is happening.

Very small and cheaply made. Only two rows of lights. Not soft or flexible. Disappointing. Look for better product.

I have Scleroderma a very painful autoimmune that affects skin internal orders etc I have horrible back and neck pain and this helps with pain . My boyfriend has plantar fasciitis and used it once and said his pain was gone finally after braces chiropractor podiatrist opiates and muscle relaxers

Great for alleviating pain
