I have ordered this product approximately 27 times. Every time except once a few months ago and my most recent order for this month, the flavor was awful, and the pills were harder to chew. I don't see anywhere on Amazon where I can contact the seller but I think this bottle and the last that was like this must be bad for some reason. I'd very much like a new bottle but again, I don't see the option to contact the seller like I usually do for all other products.

First off, I would like to commend this company for their excellent customer service. I bought this product after reading the reviews, specifically how it deals with the dreaded "restless mind" syndrome and how it works better than melatonin alone. I've been taking the capsules for about 3 weeks now. Monday through Thursdays I take one capsule and Friday and Saturday I take two.*Also, I think it is important for readers to know that I've had sleeping problems all my life (I'm 25 years old). I don't just have occasional bad nights; I have trouble sleeping EVERYDAY. My issue consist of , having trouble falling asleep, then staying asleep, and the whole "restless mind" issue. I have taken strong prescription sleeping pills in the past, and they haven't worked perfectly either; while they (prescription pills) certainly work faster than natural sleep aids in getting me to fall asleep, the grogginess the next morning is almost intolerable. Needless to say, I've tried quite a bit of sleep aids both natural and prescription and they haven't quite done the trick and it's because I've had insomnia all my life, therefore, please take this review with a grain of salt!Below are my pros and cons:Pros:-Great Customer service-I do sleep better when I take the capsules than if I don't-The grogginess lasts less than other sleep aids I've takenCons:-The pills are a bit hard to swallow and they don't always go down easily. I usually have to take them with something solid to wash them down otherwise I feel like they just stay stuck in my chest or something.-At least for me, they take a really long time to take effect, like 2 and half hours long (if I only take one capsule, when I take two it takes less time to take effect)-On the days that I take two capsules (usually the weekends), by the time I wake up, even if I've slept 8 hours or more, I still feel quite groggy, and I feel like I have this huge weight on me, like I don't want to get out of bed. Once I do get out of bed, that feeling goes away quite quickly though, and I won't feel groggy the rest of the day but, one of the reasons I bought this was because a lot of people said that it did not cause grogginess upon waking up,and it does, at least for me, because when I take two capsules I feel like I just want to sleep and stay in bed all day.-It does not really help with my "restless mind" syndrome as well as I hoped it would have, especially if I only take one capsule.-During the weekdays, I take one capsule at about 9:30pm, it makes me sleepy at about 12:15am, and by the time I have to wake up for work at about 7:15am, it's quite hard for me to wake up and get out of bed.I've given it four stars because of the customer service and because it still works better than other sleep aids I've tried, and because the capsules are natural. I'm still "playing with it", and I feel like I just have to get the hang of it and figure out what works best for me. I also have to acknowledge that I have some rougher days than other when it comes to getting sleep; there are some nights that my mind just wont wind down, and perhaps I just need to take the capsules for a longer period of time.

Really helps me get to sleep and sleep sounder but I still have the problem of waking after 5 hours, however some nights I actually sleep 8 hours, which is an improvement for me.

I am an RN with long-standing arthritis and fibromyalgia. A good night's sleep is difficult at best and some nights it is impossible. My husband is a bad snorer which adds to the problem. I have used a number of over the counter and prescription meds on nights when I am desperate for sleep. Zolpidem is no longer covered by my insurance and is not intended for long term use (also nasty side effects), so I began researching herbal products that might offer some relief. Luna is absolutely amazing! Remember that all herbal and prescription medications offer different results for each person. That said, let me tell you about my positive experience. First off, I would like to say that the reviewers who have commented about the unpleasant taste are correct. The capsule smells like dirty socks but the bad taste lasts only a few seconds. The smell however, will stay on your hands from handling the capsule so wash well. I get around that by pouring the capsule from the bottle directly into a small paper cup and pop it into my mouth. Don't let this smell discourage you from using this wonderful and effective product. The benefits far outweigh this minor inconvenience. Another FYI: you must pay attention to the time you take the product and adjust that to when you want to fall asleep. It won't take long to discover the administration time that works for you. The first night I took one capsule an hour before bedtime and it took me another half hour to fall asleep. The second night I was sleepy in about an hour and the third night it was more like 35 or 40 minutes after taking Luna. The next night I didn't take it at all and that was a big mistake that I won't make again. I had a hard time falling asleep and was awake at 3:30 am, finally getting up an hour later. When taking Luna, the quality of my sleep is excellent and when I wake up, I enjoy the restful feeling so much that I don't want to get out of bed! No grogginess at all, which is a big change from other sleep aids. This formula makes you feel very calm and relaxed and that feeling lasts all day and night. I also take prednisone for my flare-ups which makes me feel irritable and edgy and this really helps to level out my mood. My husband started taking Luna too and he is sleeping much better. He has sleep apnea and uses oxygen via a nasal cannula at night. He usually wakes up multiple times and falling back to sleep can be problematic. With Luna, he not only falls asleep quickly but stays asleep until time to get up. I have noticed that the duration and loudness of his snoring is greatly reduced now. What a blessing that is! I have not seen this reported in other reviews so don't know if others experience this or not. For us, it is a just wonderful plus. Luna is an answer to my prayers. I just ordered more today - don't want to ever run out! So glad I decided to try it.

It’s not working for me.

Pas assez puissant pour moi. Je dors seulement une moitié de nuit. Mais il peut être efficace pour d'autres personnes. C'est un bon produit à essayer.

These sort if work for me but not all the timeI think they are bit better than just melatonin

I felt strange during the day. But I knew this was because of the melatonin. Didn’t help me sleep what so ever even after taking two before bed time.EDIT: Customer service was amazing. Responded quickly and refunded my money.
