The smells are terrific on both Wild cherry shampoo and the Oatmeal conditioner. It's just a shame they don't make a wild cherry conditioner to go along with the shampoo. You are stuck mixing scents which is still fine. Works great, dogs are soft and fluffy and smell great. Been buying this for years. The only wash and conditioner I use.

My cockapoo puppy is hypoallergenic and very low shedding. However, after using a different shampoo, it made his coat so dry, he actually shed heavily for the first time. I had used Earthbath before on my shih tzu and had great results. After quickly receiving both the shampoo and conditioner, I used them both on my 3 month old cockapoo, Marley. The smell of both was amazing! The shampoo lathered well and rinsed easily; the conditioner was creamy and also rinsed out easily. I was able to brush him without there being any tangles, his coat dried quickly, fluffy, and shiny!!! It's been 3 days and he's still easy to brush and he smells fresh. The scent is light and not overpowering. I will only use these products going forward!

In June bought my 3rd Shih Tzu after losing the 1st 2...(we're a 1 dog person). Takes me 5 yrs to get another I grieve so much. This time our Shih Tzu is an Imperial SMALL PETITE Shih Tzu! Lola - as song goes, "what Lola wants, Lola gets." (Shih Tzu's don't have fur like other dogs, so this is vital to me!) Our groomer comes to our home & I watch her shampoo & condition our 5 lb Lola, & NEVER once has it bothered her eyes & she looks beautiful afterwards! I try to use all natural everything, after not knowing better w/1st 2 Shih Tzus. Her coat is soft, & shiny, & she doesn't itch/scratch. Highly recommend!!

I'm writing a review because I'm frustrated reading people's complaints! First it smells like cherries. Second the scent barely lasts after a bath, which is probably nice FOR a DOG'S NOSE. 3rd if someone is using a gentle shampoo on a very dirty dog it may require 2 washes. My dog is 7 years old and I still use this Earthbath Ultra-Mild puppy shampoo. People need to know that washing a dog and getting them super clean requires any shampoo to sit on the dog for about 10 minutes. When my girl was a puppy I even diluted the shampoo before using. I mixed it 10 to 1 with water in a seperate container. I then made sure to warm up the bottle before applying to my dog. As an adult dog I now use it without dilution. (Again the scent is only obvious for a short time afterwards. To me this is a positive.) Rinsing ALL the SHAMPOO out is also very IMPORTANT when washing a dog. I mention these things because perhaps people don't follow the correct steps. Oh and the product even says NOT TO GET IN EYES! Even though it's tearfree you still need to be very careful of dogs eyes and ears. You don't want water/shampoo in either place. You especially need to keep the inside of a dogs ears dry! Perhaps people should watch some informational videos on dog bathing before complaining? Again if your dog is very dirty you should probably shampoo and rinse 2 times. Be sure to try and let the dog sit with the shampoo on them for 5 to 10 minutes. My dog is half miniature poodle half silky terrier. She's pretty waterproof so it takes a few minutes just to make sure she's soaked through with water. A dog's bath is a time consuming effort. RINSE YOUR DOG WELL!!! I cannot stress that enough. I love this product. I don't notice the smell and I'm very sensitive to strong scents. Good luck. I rate the product 4☆ simply because I haven't used the conditioner yet!

This shampoo and conditioner makes his fur soft and shiny. I brush him everyday and his skin is so healthy. Between shampoos I like the Mango Tango wipes. The natural ingredients is why I started using this brand. I am a cosmetologist and have been testing professional products and doing hair for decades. I am a hair care expert and know what to look for, EARTHBATH ingredients are outstanding. I don't wear gloves when grooming him and my skin is never dry or itchy. Very affordable, long lasting, and effective. These pictures start at 3 months old. Then go to 1/12 years old. His fur is thick, soft, shiny and he has always used Cherry puppy shampoo, with Oatmeal and Aloe conditioner.

I’ve been using this duo on my dog for eleven years. I tried a different brand once that was sub-par compared to Earth Bath. I never stopped using the puppy shampoo because 1) it smells great and 2) it’s tearless - shouldn’t all dog shampoo be tearless? The conditioner makes her hair silky smooth and shiny. She’s extra cuddly and snuggly afterwards and the good scent lasts in her fur for nearly a week. I’d be hard pressed to ever try anything else. Pupdate: RIP to my OG gal. I wasn’t ready for my new puppy to smell like her predecessor, so I tried another popular brand that’s coconut based, and her coat has been dry and just a little off. I finally felt ready for the memories of these glorious scents to carry over to another dog and it’s like returning home. Lesson learned. This duo is the best.
