I've used Premier's products for 15 years and they are incredible. Not to disparage someone, but Chrissi has had two heart procedures and she feels an Amino Acid product is going to allow someone with poor genetics or a bad diet, etc. to exercise? That it's Premier's fault that someone with two heart procedures can't exercise so their amino acid supplement is bad? I don't lack compassion but is there a day that goes by in the world today that I don't hear someone blame the world for their problems vs. taking responsibility for their own life's challenges.

This is one of my most favorite product. I think it gives me more energy when I work out and I have muscle growth with this supplement. I highly recommend this for ladies, who doesn’t like to look bulky, but having muscle definition specially in the upper arms and calves. I highly recommend.

I would like this product to work, but I'm not feeling it. I refuse to take a half a bottle of night just to think I'm getting some type of positive results. I do not refute the claim they make, maybe it's just not right for me.
