These Vitamins are even better than Advertised! As a Mom of 5 young children I was feeling very much worn down and exhausted all the time, I was finding it hard to get all my chores done and I was always needing naps, I knew I needed to do something so I started searching for a Vitamin to give me the nutrients I was needing that were missing from my diet, I don't eat very healthy and figured that may also be part of the problem. As I was searching I came across these and figured why not, not only are they a full daily vitamin, they have added nutrient and herbal supplements to help boost energy and metabolism. As soon as I got them, I started taking them and immediately noticed a huge difference in my energy and overall feeling of being well. The first day I took them I noticed a huge difference in my energy level, I actually wanted to get things done and had the energy to do so for the first time in a long time. As days went by and I continued taking them, not only did my energy level rise tremendously, I saw a huge difference in my ability to focus and concentrate on tasks, I also felt a lot better in general, saw a big difference in my skins appearance,it looked much more radiant and I have less breakouts, plus I was a lot less moody, I'm guessing from no longer feeling worn down as well as constantly exhausted. I have continued to purchase these for the last year, and during one period where I was out of them for almost 2 weeks I noticed I started to slip right back into being having no energy, feeling very tired and was unable to get things done that I needed to. As soon as I started taking them again the feeling of pure exhaustion was gone, because of this, these are the only vitamins I take and I'm sure to always have them on hand, I just can't go without them. The only downside is the vitamins have an absolutely horrible smell and they are a horrible shade of green, not so much that you cannot stomach them, I just wished they didn't smell so awful. Opening the bottle the smell is quite strong and can be somewhat nauseating, especially to people with weaker stomachs, because of this I take the 2 pill dose out, close the bottle and wait a minute or two for the smell to dissipate before I take them. The smell is at it's worse when the bottle is full, as the bottle has less and less in it, it does become much more bearable. They are not a huge pill and can easily be taking with a glass of water. They don't overly energize you to a point where you cannot relax or sleep, I'm able to sleep nightly without issue, and can sit down and relax at anytime I feel like it. I don't feel like I have to be doing anything, nor do I feel jumpy or a constant need to be doing something active, I just have the energy to do what I need to regularly and for the extra chores here and there that I also need to get done. I love that they are made by GNC, a brand that I can trust, that they are a high quality vitamin that meets all my daily needs, and most importantly that they do not disappoint in their claim to boost energy, they truly live up to their "Energy and Metabolism" formula name, do the job they were intended to do and are awesome at doing it.

I was on a women’s multivitamin with mood support & probiotics right before these but I’ve still been experiencing not only fatigue but serious burn out for awhile now. I’m on my 5th day on these vitamins & noticed a difference right away. I was nervous at first bc I’m caffeine sensitive. 1 cup of coffee is all I can take. These don’t give me brain fog like coffee does, it’s not a jittery energy either, just have more get up & go & the energy to stay going. A few notes though- I don’t take them all at once. I take one w breakfast & one with a late lunch. Helps the body absorb the vitamins better, gives me consistent energy, does not keep me up at night. Ppl complained about the smell. It’s def a vitamin-y smell that I could actually smell once I opened the Amazon package. After I took my first one, I just left the the bottle open for a few hrs. Their smell dissipated. The 2nd day when I opened the bottle there was still a faint smell so I left the bottle uncapped for an hour or two & the smell was gone completely. The pills actually have a slight mint taste. You can also throw a silica packet from another pill bottle, for example, in there. That’ll absorb any lingering smells or I’ve heard of ppl putting an edible essential oil they enjoy on a cotton ball & putting it in pill bottles they can’t stand the smell/ taste of but this smell did disappear on its own. Idk what the cancer warning is for. I tried looking it up & there’s literally no explanation anywhere. All that’s left is to contact GNC & ask, but I know CA puts that warning on about everything & I decided to try these anyway. Also, people mentioned their pee turning bright yellow, that your just peeing the vitamins out. I recently read that this is not true. There’s a certain B vitamin that is actually a bright color, so no matter how much you take, it should change the color of your urine. If you’re taking this B vitamin (I forget which one specifically rn) & it DOESN’T turn your pee bright, it’s not an adequate/ quality supplement. Again, you can also split up your doses like I mentioned to not waste nutrients. So I’d say, def give these a try!

First day taking it I only felt a little boost of energy but the next day I had so much energy I got everything I needed done. No more sleeping for 10-12 hrs waking up with no energy still. I only had 4 hrs of sleep and I am ready to start my day. The only bad thing I have to say about them , the pills are huge ! If you don’t like taking pills or your gag reflex is strong you might struggle a little bit. Overall the product is a 10/10

I have been suffering with no energy and what feels like something in my throat for 2yrs now. My first doc kept checking my thyroid on my request but the blood work was fine and she went no further. I found a new doc who took, blood, a chest x ray, and an ultrasound of my thyroid all in one day. I was told I have 2 lumps on my thyroid one the size of a grape. I see an ENT on Aug 1. In the meantime I wanted to give this a shot because I get a lot of pain, all the symptoms of thyroid like hair loss, dry skin, tiredness, etc, on top of hoarse voice, and trouble swallowing at times. I read a lot of reviews and one in particular online that mentioned how her urine turned bright yellow and that it was fine just her body expelling excess vitamins. My doc wanted me to take b-complex because I mentioned waking up with the two last toes on each foot burning here and there. It would be fine once I woke up. There would be no ryhmn or reason as to what brought it on. He checked my b levels before I mentioned this and they were fine, diabetes check was fine, so he said to try the b complex and if that doesn't work he'd refer me on. So between the thyroid, the burning toes I tried this instead of just the b complex being those vitamins were in here. I noticed right away the bright neon urine so I took it as my body couldn't absorb it all and was expelling the excess which is fine. I kept on taking the two a day. Only about 2 weeks in and I'm very uncomfortable. I have the constant urge to urinate more so then I already had and the constant need to feel like I have to push. I keep having a weird sensation not pain but very uncomfortable like I have to keep going. I also noticed today a pit in my leg which I see is a pitting edema or something like that. I looked to see if any vitamins can cause either or these issues and it said yes they can. The need to urinate is so bad that I even had an accident today being I have been waking up with numb hands lately which I'm guessing is due to possibly carpal tunnel. Anyways I woke up today and had to use the bathroom so bad but my hands weren't working and I couldn't even get my shorts off in time. I also noticed some swelling in my feet and my sandal straps being a little tighter yesterday. I read that too much b vitamin can cause the issues with urinating and that. I stopped taking this and I'm upset that I really wanted this to work and yet it seems to actually be causing me a lot more issues. I am going to take this to my doc when I see him in 3 months and see if he can tell me if it is safe or could be the cause of these issues. Right now I had a few antibiotics left over from something else and am currently taking that hoping if this caused a uti that it helps to clear it up. My advice start out with 1 a day and see how your body handles it and maybe work your way up to the 2 a day after taking it a few weeks. The caffeine in it really didn't do anything for me as I am a pop drinker so unless you drink no caffeine I doubt you will see a boost there. If you notice the bright urine are prone to uti or anything like that again start with the 1 and see how your body handles it at least for a week or two. Aside from the constant urination issue with the uncomfortable feeling, the neon pee, slight swelling and the pit in my leg I didn't notice any other issues. It didn't help with my energy levels but again as I said I have something on my thyroid. I didn't get any nausea or anything like that. Definitely talk to your doc if you're concerned before starting it. Right now I'm hoping this starts flushing out of my system as I read some vitamins like A, D, E, and K can stay in foe weeks and sometimes months and high doses of that can be what's causing the pitting. When I checked the label it doesn't seem those levels are higher than others but I'm not a doc or pharmacist and combined with everything else I don't know how long it will take to get out of my system. I just hope sooner rather than later. Also, I did see this bottle says stop taking 2 weeks prior to surgery for anyone who that is relevant to.
