I took a bunch of these on a recent international trip. My concern was over the airline food and the possibility that I might not be able so source good meet at my destination. They're a handy snack.

Taste like proper biltong and the 3 different flavors was amazing but it’s just to dry for me. I like my biltong a little bit wet and fatty! Overall it tastes great.

The meat was completely moldy in the package. Do not buy this garbage. Even of the pieces that didn’t have mold, the seasoning was really bad. Stay away.

For the price, and how much the company is bragging about the quality of the beef, this jerky is pretty disappointing to me.The overall flavor for all three is sour, with an aromatic herby flavor from the rosemary. The beef is not the principle flavor for me, and as I ate these, they developed a thick fatty film inside of my mouth that isn't characteristic of a lean beef. Just an unpleasant flavor overall...It's tough and dry - largely because it's lower in fat... but even lean beef jerky can have a reasonable amount of juiciness with what fat is left... but this stuff is not pleasant to eat. About 25% of the jerky is pulverized and in tiny bits on the bottom of the bag too.If you like vinegary and tough jerky, then this is for you. The "quality" beef just wasn't allowed to shine with this recipe.I ordered these in April 2022, and the bags are marked Best by January 2023.

I was watching a interview with Trevor Noah and he was talking about beef Biltong And he said it was better than beef jerky because beef jerky is trash and I like beef jerk so I said let me try this Biltong & it is delicious.

I do like certified Piedmontese beef. but these I did not like because they’re too stringy. The flavor is OK but they’re difficult as a jerky type of product.

A little bite expensive for the amount of beef. But no garlic and a flavor of coriander. Very good.
