We have a pack rat problem. Just leaving my Toyota Tundra parked outside for 1 night and I had a huge one get in and chew the wires. The damage alone is horrible in addition to their waste left behind being gross. I’ve fought with these things for years and never realized these products existed. So far so good and I’ll update the review if anything changes. My Audi has been outside pretty consistently and had some unwanted guests. Since installing, no further signs of the nasty pack rats so I’m convinced it’s working. I’ll be ordering more for the rest of our cars. Very easy to install - positive and negative leads to the battery posts and switch it on. Lights flash and nasty high pitch sounds that seem to do the job keeping unwanted squatters out. This is a must have for any vehicle that spends a night outside to avoid serious damage.

1) The power wires are only 16" long. Can not locate the unit under the hood except on top of the battery or very close to it.2) The terminals are too small (1/4") for most battery applications which are 5/16".3) The ad says "constant flashing lights" however the flashing is random with long delays between the flashing sequences.4) Price per unit is good except for the cost of additional larger terminals and extending the wires.

Was having major mouse problems on vehicles..not any more! They work!

i live in a country area with packrats, i have ultrasonic stuff around the house that works great! i installed this and you can hear it constantly i even have hearing problems and i could hear it. it may work to repel rodents but it will also repel me, my family and the neighbors. seems to be a better security device then pest control. id advise trying a different brand

not really made for the elements of being mounted permanently in a car & leads are very short.

No where did it prepare me for how loud the noise it made was.

After I install this product my battery is dead!
