Premium and Elegant.
I’m happy to report that the cups arrived without any damage and look exactly like the pictures! They have a sturdy, premium feel to them. I haven’t tried using them in the microwave yet, so I can’t comment on that feature. I’ll update this review later with details on how well they hold up in the microwave and their overall durability. So far, I’m very pleased with my purchase!

Damaged product delivered
The mugs from outer look fine but the handles are not at all durable. Within a couple of weeks the handles have come loose.

One of the handles was not fixed properly , Which is surprising in a ceramic cup. Not of very good quality. Colour is good … as in pic.

These are not microwave safe
The product description says it's microwave safe, but this is not . It becomes very hot from exterior, where as the liquid inside is not that hot.
