Kooks Custom Headers GE-307540 High Flow Catalytic Converter

I've used these cats made by GSE and they are awesome. Excellent high flowing cat. Yes more than likely you may pull a low cat efficiency code on some cars but you can just turn that off. They do the job weigh less and much more compact that any OEM cat. Branded by Kooks another name you can trust but made by GSE. The Green version is a few hundred bucks more and not worth it to me, more likely has a larger cell count than this unit.

They appear to be good quality. My only complaint is that the ID and OD are a little oversized. I expected them to be slip fit for 3" tube but they ended up being a loose fit. Not friendly for tig welding. Had to manipulate them to close the gap between the cat and the pipe.

They post a picture of two cats so you would think your getting one so i ordered one thinking i was getting two and now i have an appointment at the shop tomorrow to get TWO CATS ON AND ONLY HAVE ONE plus the price is way to much for just one cat that is not even all that thanks so much

Had them put on today . No codes on my 05 silverado 1500hd. More power, deeper sound.

Definitely not worth the price. This is for ONE not two. The picture is misleading.
