This dry milk powder dissolves easily and tastes great. I use it for baking, smoothies, and emergency food storage. The fact that it’s organic is a huge plus for my family. It’s a great staple to have on hand in the pantry. The resealable bag keeps it fresh and easy to store.

I make a cup of skim milk for my coffee every few days. This taste great, organic, and blends easier than other brands I have tried in the past. Since I froth the milk for my coffee, I add 1/3 more water, and it still tastes great with less calories. If you are planning on straight drinking the milk, I suggest giving it at least 15-20 minutes to fully dissolve, or put it in the blender. I also appreciate that the company has reduced the size of the packaging to be not as wasteful!

If a product is damaged in shipping, the purchaser should receive a replacement. I would like a replacement of this item, because it is a good product . The item is Not Returnable; I understand that and why. However, Amazon should have a mechanism for replacing items damaged in shipment, even if they are "Not Returnable".Adter posting this, I called Customer Support and spoke to an Amazon Customer Service person who did a nice job of helping me resolve the problem, and issued a refund. The product is very good and I will order it again, and hope it isn't damaged in shipping. It made quite a mess.

Excellent Non-Fat Dry Milk powder that mixes easily an has a great taste. And it's ORGANIC...Very difficult to find. There are many stores that carry NOW Foods products, but not this one. Thank you. I am on a Paleo diet for high cholesterol which is fine now that I exercise and eat GOOD fats. Post Menopausal women frequently need to cut down on dairy fat. This is fantastic in coffee and makes it taste rich and creamy like a cappuccino without the fat. You'll never miss your half and half again. (Note: you do need a simple wire whisk) * I would have given it a five star but it took two weeks to be delivered from the vendor and they were not very responsive - I hope that is not the normal experience)

It tastes like most dried milk, and I don't have a problem with that. Handy to have when I'm out of milk, good in coffee, and I would buy again.

I got this to have so when we run low on milk we can mix some up. We have had lots of snow and some days we cannot get out to go to the store. I mix some up in the evening and it is nice and cold in the morning. It tastes so good that no one even notices. I tried other brands, but my family could always tell. We could use theirs in preparing food, but we could not drink it or put it on our cereal. This organic dry milk is great to have on hand - it tastes so good! Thank You!

I was disappointed when the product came that it only had a 10 month freshness date. I'm not sure that is a typical expectation as it should arrive dated further out.

Used in home bakeries. Bread bakes beautifully.
