Very helpful device.
This wonderful little tool ensures that your computer does not enter sleep/away mode. Works like a charm.

Easy-to-use, effective
I bought the mouse jiggler for the same reasons most or all of the other reviewers have submitted. I work in an office where our IT people have little knowledge or little care about our workflow. While I appreciate the need for security, there needs to be a balance in understanding of our needs to accomplish our work. To get to the software application I use on a daily basis, I have to login through my Windows login, then a Citrix server, and then to the software application. This takes two or three minutes. If I'm away from my computer more than five minutes, our system will log me out of everything and I start all over. I am performing this three log-in task probably 8-10 times a day. Using the mouse jiggler, I still get logged out/timed-out of the direct software application I am using. However, the mouse jiggler keeps me logged into my Windows account, and the Citrix server. I've only been using the mouse jiggler for three days but I estimate it saves me 20 minutes a day. I have three separate offices so I am planning to buy two more mouse jigglers and maybe a few more for my closest coworkers. The mouse jiggler is easy to use, you just plug it into a USB port and it starts working immediately.

Works as intended with no issues.
All I needed to do is plug it in and it just did its job. No installation of drivers needed on Windows 10. Due to the simplicity of the device I think it will work on *any* system that can recognize a mouse, including Android phones with the proper cable. My use was for some windows 10 tablets that are used as time clocks. Because they are tablets they have a built in battery. Even though some of these were on AC power, and were charged, windows said they were at 7%. The process to fix this is called "deep cycling", which is drain the battery until the unit dies, then charge it for 24 hours. That should re-calibrate the computer parts that predict battery charge levels.Windows 10 is pretty protective of the last several percent of the battery. With active input provided by the jiggler, Windows will not shut the unit down until it is absolutely critical. So the jiggler is a great tool for a tech's toolbox. Also can see use if you are on someone's workstation and do not want it going to sleep as you work on it (sometimes techs have to look up solutions, and in the mean time the system decides to go to sleep). No particular benefits to this model or brand, though I will say it works as described. So you know it will do the job and at the time I purchased it, had the best price on Amazon.

Perfect! Exactly what I needed!
If you need to keep a computer awake, for whatever reason, whether not wanting it to go to sleep while running a very very long Excel macro / data processing task as I often have, or because something needs to be shown on screen for a while that you aren't going to be interacting with the mouse, or whatever other reason you might have for wanting your computer to be kept in an active state, this thing is as simple as it gets. Every 15 seconds or so it simulates a user gently nudging the mouse a few pixels. If you'll need it off and on through the day, no need to unplug it. Either it detects actual activity and does nothing, or is so subtle that it isn't noticeable while you're actively using the computer. I just haven't had it interfering with my active use. No software has to run -- it isn't running on the computer. It looks to the system just like a wireless mouse (which you can have multiple mice active at once) and the software runs inside the device itself to just keep simulating that mouse movement. That's it. Plug and go. When you want your computer to be able to go inactive on its own, just unplug, done. The price was fair for what it does. I can confirm that the whole time it's plugged in, the computer does stay active and doesn't go to sleep nor slip into any kind of mode that would happen if the computer wasn't touched for a while. When running my looooongest (1.5 hours worth) Excel processing job, the computer did indeed stay fully awake, no screen saver, I could watch it as I wanted to see that the macro is going as it should without having to keep waking up the screen blanker (and without having to disable it temporarily or to disable sleep mode temporarily), and as an added bonus, since I now don't have to keep nudging it to watch the progress, my Skype status keeps me showing as active as well (it doesn't slip to "away") so that co-workers know I'm actually here and can contact me if they need.

Best Device for Working from Home!
This thing is awesome, plug it into a USB port and it auto-identifies as a Generic USB Mouse. It sends a "mouse has been moved" signal every 30 seconds, so your screen doesn't time out, and your Slack/Teams/Chat shows you as online and active all the time. (And it doesn't interfere with your actual mouse usage.) Great for when you are reading a new technical manual, or need to take the kids to the pool, you always show as active. Also great for presentations so your screen doesn't lock.Only improvement I'd like to see is a smaller device size, this thing is shaped like a typical USB Flash Drive and could be way shorter/smaller like one of those Logitech Unifying Receiver plugs. I am afraid I am going to break this thing on accident because it sticks out two inches.Other than that, absolutely perfect.

You have to get one of these.........
I love this! New job, new IT policies, they are Microsoft Lync mad, meaning 'they' can track you every move. IT set the screen timeout which cannot be changed, so every time you decide to pop off for a few minutes you come back to a blank screen and Lync telling the world you are inactive!! Not any more, plug this in (your PC will see it as a mouse so no one knows). Because your PC thinks this is a mouse and because it moves the cursor (you cannot see this) then the screen stays awake and everyone thinks you are sat at you desk from 9.00 - 5.30!!

Amazing little device
So this mouse jiggler may not be the most discrete. It moves the mouse marginal amounts though and can keep my work computer on for hours without me having to sit and touch the mouse every minute! Great for Microsoft teams as putting YouTube on doesn’t work for this platform! Great little purchase! Would recommend to anyone
