It's work to place the spikes on all of these, but great quality. If you need to glue it somewhere got to buy glue separately.

stopped the seagulls from nesting between the chimney and roof apex haven’t been up for long so not sure how long they will last

Easy to install on roof, if gluing make sure surface is clean, birds do not go anywhere near them and they look ok

They’re were delivered promptly and well packaged. The product is well made and sturdy. The spikes are meant as a deterrent not to injure. The purpose of the spikes is to deter the large pigeons from roosting on my wooden fencing soiling the fencing and killing the plants and shrubs next to it. This has proved successful the small birds just walkthrough the spacing to access their feeders.

Really good quality, easy to assemble and install

Although this is a good product easy to assemble but there are not enough spikes for all of the base strips.

They come in a box and you have to insert the spikes into the holes. I bought these to prevent our neighbours cats from jumping up and down from a second storey window ledge to watch nesting birds and landing on a pvc roof which was slowly breaking under the impact of them landing, a storey and a half below. They walk gingerly over the spikes on the fence (it is quite impressive how they manage it) they jump across onto the conservatory roof and then jump up to the window ledge (which is small and angled down - which is another impressive feat) to watch nesting birds near the window. And it has stopped a few of the older cats but there are two that are more adventurous and have learnt how to get around the spikes and just won't stop. (I am going to move the nest site if I can for next season, didn't think cats would jump this high or far.)

Great for keeping the birds from perching and depositing guano on the deck….. added bonus is that the squirrels don’t like it either….. ResultAlso very easy to attach, used screws as it was easy to get at. No nails would be fine I think as an alternative.Very pleased 😀
