For the money that is being paid, it is not worth . I have taken this for the past 7 days and hardly find any improvement. Some times it makes to feel that the product could be spurious .

Instead of it, one can take green vegetables, egg white, fruits, milk, chicken enough by this price and these will be more healthy and beneficial. Do not waste money.
