Only one plant if ten sprouted. Two packets were open and seeds were in the plastic bag. The one that sprouted did really well but one pack of seeds that sprouted wasn’t worth price.

The media could not be loaded. From ten packs of seeds, oregano, fennel, chives, and garlic chives did not sprout at all. Dill was not planted. All seed plots were planted with three to four seeds. Only the chervil and Italian Parsley sprouted in each plot. Cilantro sprouted two plants, and basil sprouted two with another in the process of sprouted. This has taken weeks. The chervil and parsley already needed to be planted.Very disappointing and I was not able to contact the seller.Would NOT recommend.

I won't go into too much detail in regards to what the kit includes as other reviews have done a great job.Overall, it was very easy putting together and the directions were clear. In less than a week since I planted, the basil is already starting to sprout! I can't wait until the other guys start popping up, but so far with an office space next to a window, it's been fun watching day-to-day growth. The box is not hard to put together, if it's not coming together, it's because you are doing it wrong, haha.I wish this company had the same exact setup with with a kit for growing tea leaves. I'd buy that in a heart beat! Price-wise, it's a teeny bit expensive as you can buy everything separately for little less, but the convenience of it makes up the cost in my humble opinion. Plus, if you take care of your plants to the best of your ability, the benefits will eventually outweigh the cost and hopefully this could be a kickstart to a larger, outdoor garden.

Bought this as an “easy” solution for living in a state with less than accommodating year round weather. Followed the directions, and the first 2 weeks went great (Aside from 3 plants that never sprouted). The plants started sprouting and looked healthy.After that though I noticed the plants began to die off or just stopped growing. The directions aren’t very explanatory for long term care, so I had to do my own research about what to do. Nothing I tried would work and I wasn’t able to harvest any herbs. Maybe I had a bad batch, but buy at your own risk.

It's so nice to see how the plant is growing each day, and it's even better when you understand you'll be using these in your food, and you know they were grown, so you won't have questions about the herbs being organic and healthy.

Made a nice gift for someone who likes to cook

I researched many herb garden products on Amazon & selected these based on the variety of seeds offered and on the reviews. The directions for planting were easy to follow and set up was good. I watered with a spray bottle per the instructions and stayed consistent with watering. The basil sprouted about 10 days after planting, but that was the only seeds of the 8 herbs I planted that sprouted. However, the basil never grew passed1.5 inches and eventually died. I looked on the box and through all of the instructions and paper that came in the box, and there was no contact information to reach out to the company. I feel like I wasted my time and money.

I bought this as a gift for a friend who recently moved into a tiny apartment 1,000 miles away from home. She absolutely loved it. She has been sending me pictures everyday of her sprouts. I literally think she got sprouts within the first two days. This was an awesome little set to give her a piece of home while on lockdown alone 1,000 miles from home. It came with everything she needed.
