We used this as emergency nutrition when hiking in high elevation. It worked out great. The taste was good, and it allowed us to not starve too bad in an environment that we are not used to.

I received my 6-pack in good shape. There was another package outside of the original box. Unlike some reviews, my product has expiration date of 2026. Product was received in May 2024. Can not comment on flavor as this is a gift for someone else who has not used it yet.

I tried this to see which I liked better, this or the already prepared ones. I have to say, I may be lazy, but I prefer the convenience and the taste of the already prepared ones.

I bought this to help me get more calories in and more vitamins. I personally love the taste and the fact that it is not thick at all. You just have to add 1/2 cup of the powder and 3/4 cups of water. I guess you can really add more or less powder and water depending on how you want it. It taste kind of like baby formula but for adults. I will be purchasing as soon as my three cans run out. Also it is slightly cheaper than buying them individually.

It’s a perfect addition to my daily routine, providing excellent nutrition.
