I usually mix my protein shakes with water and a banana. However on low Carb so no banana and mixed it with 6 oz of milk and enough ice so that it is just sticking out of the milk. Add a scoop of powder and toss in the blender. Nice smooth icy shake. Taste is spot on and with 1-2 carbs total it is a perfect fit for those doing keto or low carb diet.

I bought from this brand after looking up a tier list on best tasting protein powders. No regrets this taste great, frozen banana tastes just like a banana. Mixes very well, some of these other proteins powders have this grittiness to it as if you're drink water with sand. Rule1 doesn't have this problem, super smooth protein shakes. I have tried a few brands like dymatize, optimum nutrition, iso etc. This company beats them all in price, taste, and quality.

It great taste

Cafe Mocha flavor is a little odd. It does have a bit of a coffee taste to it but the aftertaste is strange. Also does not blend as well as other brands. The price is solid but don't know if I'll be getting again.Edit: Changing from 3 to 4 stars as it does mix a bit better after trying with an extra ounce of water. Will probably try a different flavor next time as the value per serving is good.

I really like this protein, the taste is great, the quality of the protein is very pure without too much additives. It dissovles and blend easily and is nice and smooth, not too chunky. Great value for how cheap it is compared to other proteins that aren't as pure

Horrible taste and gummy texture. I really regret purchasing this product especially at the price. It has a really bad aftertaste similar to metal or plastic. It lingers for a long time. Also it doesn’t mix properly and has a thick gummy consistency. I’m stuck with this for a while until it’s finished. I’ll just add other stuff to it or use it to make protein pancakes to mask the horrid flavor. Never buying this again. Thumbs down

This stuff tastes absolutely great. And no chalkiness or anything. I got the banana and this stuff would be monkey approved !!
