Got these to try for when I have to do more than one errand- I have newly diagnosed POTS and I’m trying to find things to help me and these are a handful tool to keep in your bag. They do seem to help a bit with the dizziness and shakiness I get. Good taste too, tastes like really salty grape candy, sometimes I wish I could just eat them as a treat haha - they also smell really good if that matters to anyone reading this - I’ll try the other flavor next time I order too!

I love these. Although they are a little tart for my taste they do provide a lot of benefits. I would definitely purchase again.

Honestly 75mg sodium per tablet is not enough to justify buying again at the price point, but these were SOOOO delicious I ate them like candy and will miss them.I have POTS/ Long Covid and need 22,000mg+ Sodium per day, and would LOVE to see these in a higher mg option ~200mg per tablet (400-500mg per 2 tablet serving) would be great...or just a lower price point in general. I did appreciate the convenience and ease of taking these on the go compared to the electrolyte drink mix packets I use. Unfortunately the fast chews just didn't help with my POTS symptoms like the 500-1,000mg drink packets.Even though these are super convenient, the price is quite steep in comparison to the electrolyte drink mix packets. Here is the price breakdown per gram of sodium: The drink packets are $1.00 per gram of sodium and these are $3.40 per gram of sodium. I'd love to see a lower price on these or an option to buy in bulk!

These electrolyte tablets are a must have for anyone who has low blood sugar. Great product, saves me when I start feeling like I have sugar issues. I've already bought 2 bottles because there's no need to measure anything when you feel the need. Super convenient and well worth the money. I'd give them a 6 if I could!! Believe me, they work!!!!

This is a great alternative for electrolytes if you don't like drinking your electrolytes. I can't stand electrolyte drinks so these pills provide me the same benefits without the liquid. If you are like me, this is worth purchasing. I have purchased these several times and also referred others to it.

I decided to try this due to having pots (Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and my doctor recommended having more salt in my diet. I love the fruit punch flavor. It does have a bite for someone who doesn't really like to use salt a lot due to sensory issues with different tastes but after a while i don't notice it as much.

I like these the flavor is great and the do help slightly to help with my symptoms. Can't really say I see a drastic improvement, but they've been nice to have on hand instead of drinking liquid mixtures.I prefer to let these melt in my mouth instead of chewing them though. The flavor can be powerful when you chew them, but letting them dissolve the flavor is really good.The fruit punch does label grapefruit in the ingredient list, so if you are taking certain medication where you cannot have grapefruit be aware.
