Instead of suffering with hours or day of post-workout soreness, I take one of these and I'm better in 1/2 hour to 1 hour. All the soreness is gone and I'm ready to go again. It can stain your teeth. I've read that this is from the type of bacteria you may have so everyone is different. I just swallow whole and get the same benefits with no discoloration.

I’ve been using these PQQ lozenges off and on for years for mitochondrial support. I cycle onto them when I feel run down, and cycle off when I’ve been feeling stronger, more alert and energetic for about a month. I can usually tell a difference within a week, but I do pair this with CoQ10; there is a lot of research papers supporting the pairing of these two supplements for optimal mitochondrial support. To avoid the blue, I place this under my tongue first thing in the morning and drink coffee - it slowly dissolves over ten minutes. This avoids getting blue on my tongue, but in the event that it slips *onto* my tongue and I get a bit of blue, I brush my tongue/teeth, and it’s fine; because it’s not resting on my tongue the whole time, the blue comes off very easily. Ideally, PQQ should be dissolved in your mouth rather than subjected to stomach acid by taking a pill, so this is a mild inconvenience to work around that is worth the benefit of the correct ingestion mechanism. This works amazingly to dispose of free radicals, potent! Took it every day for 10 days, had to back off to every third day. Stiffness in neck gone fast noticed my neck self adjusting.

Doesn't taste as bad as i thought it would!! I started using this after trying oils to get my smell back but i wasn't always consistant. This seemed to help some with getting it back. Gave it 4 stars cause im not sure if this alone would bring taste and smell back.
