Extraordinary. Extreme. My darling hero or I become a hero for others with this shot ! This doesn’t cause any issues of your colon clearing after drinking it but it does boost concentration and energies. I use this for my desk works for my defence and ultra complex issues get easy and I can face anything with courage. It however does stimulates my nervous system like an electric shock and I feel a bit of shaky sensation after a shot like others commented . Slightly scary. Obviously I am not going to use this ultra strong shot except my true necessity. But I am facing the most challenging moment of my life now . The effect is dramatic. I really appreciate the product . My brain works . Hopefully this hardship stops and I turn this to my best opportunity of my life . It doesn’t depress me after use . For sports I use the powder version. When you are hyper challenged and got to face tough situations, and you desperately want to demonstrate your strength. This will help you like a hero to instantly wake you up and make you get focused. The effect lasts long hours for me . I have no issues with sleeping after a shot . But I would use this only when I am hyper challenged. I would not take them regularly as hyper strong to slap my nerves.

After hitting a slight plateau - I managed to overcome and achieve a new bench PR today. I purchased the Cola flavour and they taste fine. It's slightly concentrated but nothing crazy, I didn't have a sour aftertaste and it went down well. I am someone who has around 3 black coffees a day; with this context, I did not get itchiness or any sort of anxiety/shakes from this. I felt that I could focus on mind-muscle connection more which is a bonus and probably why I managed to hit a PR. The energy boost felt smooth and not a spike. It took around 15 minutes to start kicking in. These work out to be around £1.26 per shot which I think is worth it. Pair it with water + electrolytes you've got a smashing session ahead.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Good kick and convenient. As someone who goes to the the gym before work, having a ready made p/w means I can consume it on the train just before reaching my gym. Taste: 4/5 nice taste, not sweet. Could be improved by offering more flavours. Value for money: Worth it. For the convenience Effectiveness: 4/5 I feel the buzz / tingle. Could be improved with some creatine. But if you’re takign creatine separately then it’s perfect.

I used to use a powder in my water bottle but struggled to drink it all before a workout. These are literally great to have in the car and drink on the way to the gym. These taste is quite bitter however work quickly and I always have a better workout. Ordering again soon.

I initially found these quite sour the first few I had but realised they work great and quickly got used to the flavour soon after. My morning routine is to run between 5-10km before work and I take one of these shots 20-25 mins before I start. Considering I am finishing upto a 10k run by 8am I’d say they do the trick! I do get a tingly/itchy sensation in my face and hands about 10-15 mins after I take the shot but it doesn’t last too long and it’s not too severe. Certainly worth having one of these than not. I have tried a couple other pre work out shots from the gym vending machines but this is still my preferred brand and flavour and get this on subscribe and save.
