Goya Sazón Seasoning With Azafran, 3.52 Oz

While watching a few cooking shows, I saw this seasoning being used and it sounded quite intriguing. I figured it might be interesting to have, my wife really got into making the most remarkable dishes and she does like many spices and seasonings. We actually have a whole lot of seasonings and spices, I built a rather large spice rack on the back of the pantry door and it's pretty much filled up, but I figured a few packets wouldn't take up too much room.At first, my wife really wasn't interested in adding more to our "inventory", but she made a dish and added this seasoning (can't call it a spice in that it really isn't spicy, but it adds a wonderful flavor to so many foods). Since then she has used it several time on dishes she has made before and it really made a big difference on the food I had had before. Even lightly added to roasted potatoes (which I am not a big fan of) I ate every bite, delicious! I really can't describe what it tastes like, but it's worth giving it a try, you'll be surprised.

How can you go wrong with a Goya product?Put three medium tomatoes, one jalapeno, one large onion in heavy duty foil. Season to taste with salt, cumin and garlic powder. Wrap up tight. Place in preheated 350 F oven for 15-20 minutes (might want to place on sheet pan). Will be hot when removed, so careful. Once cooled enough to handle, place in blender with one bunch of chopped cilantro and one pack of Goya Foods Sazon Con Azafran Seasoning.. How can someone give a bad rating on this??? This is just a flavor enhancer on what you add to it. You can add nothing to this and it taste OK. But if you just want something a little more basic as a second flavor enhancer is really good. For people that don’t know what they’re doing just add lemon pepper and (Wine) before cook. lemon you can cook with. lime you squeeze on top right before you eat. This flavor packet is mainly for fish, Seafood!

4 Stars for the product itself! I found a box of this in my cabinet and tried it in my soup and the flavor was awesome! However I didn’t see it in my local Walmart ( I live in a small town so they don’t carry as much as the larger stores) but when I went to another Walmart about 30mins away.....they have all varieties. What I paid almost $6 for they had for less than $2.50. Just an FYI.

I ordered this a few months ago and it was so delicious that I had to order more! I love cooking homemade Mexican food for my family so I tried adding a little bit of this seasoning to my food to see how it was & it was a hit for us all! Thank you for making this & please dont ever stop!

Hard to find these on the shelves anymore so I had to purchase through Amazon. Great price for the amount of individual packets included. Perfect for my recipes. Package arrived with dented box inside which was slightly torn.
