It tells you all the reasons why you would choose milk soap and the different types of milk you can use and what the benefits are for your skin and lifestyle. ⅓ of the book is soap recipes which has a variety of different soaps to get you started making milk soaps. I would recommend this book to any beginner soap maker and plan to make all sorts of soaps with my own goats milk including plant based milks!

This book gives information about how to make milk soap. It gives you information regarding the process and properties of each type of milk. It was very detailed information for each. At the end of the book, you get a few recipes. I am glad that I chose the ebook instead of the hard or paperback. I would have definitely been disappointed. I gave it four stars because of the price.

This book includes a broad amount of details and ideas. The author gives a great explanation of how to choose the right milk and additives. A good reference book to refer to.

I simple love the book, very detailed, necessary and the explanation and break down of ingredients and the essential oils. I love it. Also I love how simple the recipes can be and you can build from that. I also like how she broke down different types of bombs with the basic recipe that can target different areas with the change of essential oils and ingredients, but the base is mostly the same. Really a beautiful read.

I found this book easy and friendly to read. The writer took the time to explain the use of diferentes milks, it’s properties and how to use every milk; oils, butters and tools. This book is friendly for beginner it is clear and easy to navigate from chapter to chapter. Personally I found the pictures very Pleasant. I wish I had this book before.

The book gives a lot of interesting information about soaping with different kinds of milk. It also offers a lot of details about soaping using milk, however, little can be trusted to know if her suggestions are valid.The book is written with very little attention to safety issues when making handmade soaps. The suggestion in dipping your finger in lye water to test the temperature is an absolute NO, NO (page 48). The amount of lye used for different recipes is absolutely wrong.Printing the pictures in color would help a lot more to understand the text better. Black and white pictures only offer confusion.

After putting these recipes into a soap calculator they are very inconsistent or incorrect. Not great for recipes only good for information on soap making and still is only average.

The book gave me more ideas on making soap, but quite disappointed to the printing inside, only black and white 😔
