I really liked the way FUEGO came packaged. It was a gift for my fiancée who loves hot sauces. They are wrapped like bundle of dynamite and you get to discover each label of flavor separately. As most reviewers have said, the packaging is wonderful and fun.I've tried the smokey bourbon sauce. It has a nice flavor, hints of smoke and a little sweetness with a comfortable heat. Looking at the ingredients listed on the bottle, there is no bourbon and nothing to suggest smoke. But it tastes good.All of the sauces have a tobasco look to them and the ingredients suggest the same. All red and fairly watery/vinegar sauces.The fuego is timid on the first one I tried, which isn't a bad thing. You can put on a liberal amount of the smokey bourbon and it adds more flavor than heat.Looking forward to trying the rest of them.
