I have used this book for school. I love the textbook! Very easy read, and presented in a very organized, beneficial way!!

I was very disappointed to see that the book I had purchased was already used and being sold as new. This book came with an online access code and it was already scratched off and redeemed. There were also small flaws on the book. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if I ordered a USED book, but I ordered a NEW book.

The book frequently references figures that are a small step above meaningless. There is a section that is meant to describe the figures, this section is a step below meaningless. The authors prefer to use niche terms and are above defining those terms. You would likely learn more using this book as a blunt weapon and experiencing firsthand that, the US health care system, much like this book, is overpriced and fairly useless.
