VERY Helpful Tool (BUT USE IT CORRECTLY!!)
I've only used my new "shower shot" system a couple of times, but both times have been wonderful experiences...which I realize is somewhat odd to say when describing an enema/cleanout process. As I tend to be the receptive partner in my same-sex relationship, it's important to always be clean and ready for when me and my partner want to be intimate. In years past, I have used an enema bulb or something like a Fleet enema (emptied out and refilled with plain water), but it always seems to take forever and just didn't do the trick quite like this shower shot does. Before getting my shower shot, I would go back and forth between the sink and the toilet to make sure I was cleaned out for what may sometimes only end up being a relatively short amount of "pleasure time". Thankfully this system is VERY easy to install in my standup shower, and the hose hangs very easily over my regular shower head without being in the way. When I'm ready to use it, I simply turn the nob and the water is redirected from my shower head to the shower shot...for which there are multiple different useful attachments. For me, the most useful is the regular tapered attachment containing 5 holes from which the water streams out. The whole setup and all of the attachments are made from good quality materials and the hose itself is both long and seemingly durable. I really only have one recommendation for the manufacturer...provide some sort of suction cup "holder" or hook over which the hose and attachments can hang in my shower. That would ensure that the hose doesn't fall and the attachments don't hit the bottom of my shower with a bang. For those planning to use this product for reasons similar to my own, I do also recommend a few other things: First and foremost...READ and do your RESEARCH on how to cleanout PROPERLY and use a shower shot enema system CORRECTLY. A shower shot is different from a regular enema bulb/bag in that it shoots an "endless" steam of water into your gut. While on the surface this might seem like a practical method of cleaning out, it can also be somewhat hazardous to your health in that using it too much or shooting too much water into your gut can actually cause you to flush out critical "good" bacteria which your gut/colon needs for proper digestion and to maintain your body's delicate pH balance. This can in turn result in stomach aches and poor gut/digestive health. Second, if you plan to use this product regularly (more than once per week) like I do, it is CRITICAL that you: 1.) Drink PLENTY of water every day; 2.) Maintain a diet containing foods that are high in fiber (beans, nuts, whole grains, green veggies, fruits, and hot black coffee); and 3.) Take a fiber supplement (such as Pure for men, which is natural and much easier on the gut), as well as a digestive probiotic, the latter of which will help you retain critical bacteria and thus a healthy gut. Other than my recommendations, this All In One Shower Enema ("shower shot") system is a really fantastic product that is easy to use, easy to install and maintain, and one that has already helped me and will continue to do so for a long time to come.

Clean as a whistle!
I am a gay man, so that should explain pretty quickly why I got this set-up...it does the job and WELL...mind your water pressure folks, can't stress that enough...turning a faucet the wrong way might very well wash out an entire internal organ, or perforate/rupture parts of your plumbing. The various attachments are heavy, which is a good thing, but also cold as f*%# if you don't let some warm water run through them first...unless you are...I'll just leave that at 'you do you'. Also, prob the only one of these where the hose turned out to be the actual length that was advertised.

It was easy to attach to my shower
I feel so lucky to have been guided towards this system by a friend. The Delta Diverter system worked perfectly. No leaks. It was easy to attach to my shower. The long 10" rubber insertion piece feels so comfortable. All these worked together so well I ordered it again for my other shower. The piece that holds the hose up has been secure against my shower wall all along. I've had this for about six months now. Perfect! My dilemma is trying to figure out how I can travel with a new 10" piece and install it into a bulb of some kind. No I dont use all 10 inches. It's simply so flexible that it goes in easily with the water turned on.

Like a clean-up crew for the Hershey Highway
I finally got to the age where I have to get a digital rectal exam during my annual physical. I did not want to embarrass myself further by not being completely clean down there for the exam. This worked perfectly and did the job. This arrived in a typical Amazon box so it was discrete. There were really no real instructions with this product other than some pictures on the box itself. However, it is pretty self-explanatory of how to install it. I purchased separately the Delta Faucet brand diverter based on others' review and it is working perfectly. I didn't even bother with the one that came with the package. Some instructions on best practices would have been nice...obviously do not stick it in with the water at full blast and check the water temperature before insertion. Your best bet is to check the Internet for instructions on how to use. This is a well-made system and I have not had any issues.

Great product.
This product exceeded my expectations. The reviews reported the t-valve break easily. That is not true. The reviews reported the attachments leak. This also incorrect. The rubber hose is very comfortable to use. Everything perfectly fit my shower plumbing. I use the enema system three times per week and I am pleased with the product. I have a colonoscopy every year. My doctor remove polyps with every inspection. I'm trying to prevent colon cancer. I'm hoping this will correct help me prevent a major injury.

Be careful when using if you cannot control the water flow.
I have tried all different kinds of enema bold. From Colt douche bulb too an electric one valve bulb and the same thing happens the plastic wears out and it breaks. The stainless steal is durable enough to last more than 3 months. Also, it provides instant relief; the only thing I have a problem with is that it’s hard to gauge the amount of water going in. Especially since my shower is a one way control knob. So I cannot lower the pressure without giving me a giant dose of cold water. But so far the best product for me and my boyfriends sex life.
