Average monitor
This monitor is average. Display qualify is same as dell P series. I couldn't observe any difference in video/picture quality between P series and U series monitors when compared side by side. USB hub is 90 W but not able to charge HP Zbook laptop.

Great for business deployment!
With the built-in docking and pass-through charging capabilities, the Dell U2422HE is an excellent choice to eliminate expensive laptop docking stations, and still be able to daisy-chain to additional external monitors.I am the director of the IT department for my employer and have been able to save money while still providing the needy DBA's with a total of 4 monitors (two U2422HE's daisy-chaining to two Dell P2220H's).I highly recommend these monitors for all businesses!

Awesome monitor with some caveats
Once i got everything i needed this turned out to be an awesome monitor. The built in kvm makes it really easy to switch devices. A few things to keep in mind. Out the box you will only be able to connect 1 other display port monitor to it as there is only 1 dp out. You will either need multiple displays with mst or an mst hub. Also if youre using power hungry usb devices you may also want to consider a powered usb hub

Hub doesnt work - Can't connect mouse/keyboard
Out of the box the USB on the back for mouse/keyboard (wireless) doesn't work. Called Dell support and spoke to 3 different clueless "specialists" and they had gave different answers (one even asked which brand mouse I was using - LIKE THAT MATTERS). In the end they told me it only supports wired mouse/keyboard, which doesn't make any sense since this is a HUB monitor. Anyway, connected a wired keyboard/mouse and still not working. The HUB is defective. Sending it back but going through all of this was painful. For a $400 monitor you would think they would test them before dumping them into the boxes.
