WIth a bit of care, these work out really well and can be sponge-cleaned
- The came polished to literally a mirror finish, which should make them nearly non-stick. But I've "erred on the side of caution" and have ONLY used these with parchment paper over the inside to keep them from *needing* any scrubbing. I don't have a silicone baking sheet, so I unfortunately can't say whether that would work as well.- Mainly, I wanted a non-aluminum baking sheet/pan, so when I saw a good price on these, I jumped on it and ordered them ;)- They are certainly of reasonably-thick metal; any heavier, and they'd be too difficult to lift if something delicate is on them =;-) They're not as heavyweight as my old (VERY old...!) WearEver aluminum pans, but they are *definitely* heavy enough to not "torque" in a hot (as in, 450°F/apx. 232°C) oven. HOORAY!!! And yet, they are still light enough to pick them up and keep hold of them (which matters a lot if you're at all similar to me in sometimes experiencing those momentary losses of grip strength). As mentioned, I have only used them with parchment paper on the top surface; I also keep the parchment on the bottom one when I "nest" one inside the other for storage. That has kept them clean enough to where I only have to use a sponge for washing them. I do also use one pan the "shove" the paper down into the other pan, so the sides are also covered.- I also am not exactly an "avid baker" so, sorry but I don't have any relevant experience that would allow me to comment on how well they'd remain smooth if sprayed with oil, or rubbed with butter, and food cooked directly on the metal. If I even do that, I'll try to remember to write an addendum =;-)- What I *CAN* say is that the grids are SUPER easy to clean as long as they're soaked for a while; I've placed sticky, drippy battered items directly on the un-greased grids, and afterwards, simply inverted them and let them soak for a couple hours (I never exactly *rush* to do cleaning . . . ), and then all I needed to do was sponge them off! Hooray!!!- NOTE that the edges are rolled, so, even though these pans are Stainless Steel, it's never a great idea to stand them after washing at such an angle that water can get trapped inside the "rolls".-

Good, but not great
I love that they are stainless steel; but, I don't like that they show every little scratch. Even just from storing next to other baking sheets, they mar and scratch. Matte finish SS might be better, but IDK. Also, when they get up to temperature in the oven (baking cookies), they popped, twisted and warped during baking. They did go back to normal after they cooled down. Anyway, I wish they made baking sheets that were thicker (like the bottom of a SS saucepan), but I'm sure that would price them out of my budget.

Well Done!
We use this type pan for cooking bacon on the grill, mostly. This set surpasses out old 'tent' style bacon cooker that is no longer for sale. Bacon cooks well, cleanup is straightforward (use a cooking spray), and the most notable feature is the weight of the pan ... this is a heavyweight, compared to others. Also does a fine job as a cookie sheet.

Beautiful sturdy pans.
The are the best pans I have ever seen. . . shiny and sturdy with comfortable grip. The cooling racks are fabulous...how have I ever baked without them. A must for all kitchens at a great price.

Great product
Works great for cooking several pieces of chicken at once. My oven is also an air fryer - the racks are very useful for cooking a meal for 4 faster.
