Better than the original Grates and Emitter plates.

First, I have a commercial series 4 burner char broil gas grill, and before I ordered these I measured my old ones 4 times to be sure of the size. The verdict, they fit perfect, as a matter of fact, they fit exactly like my old ones. Not only that, these were cheaper than if I ordered from charbroil.com directly. These look too be slightly seasoned, but anytime you have new grates, get em hot and season with a cast iron conditioner. Blackstone makes a griddle seasoning and conditioner that would work great!! Now that conditioner is somewhat solid, so you'll need to melt it, and baste the grate. Once it's coated, turn off and let cool. Now when you're ready to cook your grates will be ready to rock and roll!!! Lastly, always heat up your grill before putting the meat on the grates. Food of any kind will stick if you put it on while the grill is cold, or heating up.

I changed my review because the issue I have is not completely the fault of the manufacturer. The issue I have is that the holes on the Emitter should be under the grate so you can’t see them. They are just enough off that they match on one side but not the other side (see photo). I never had an issue with replacements directly from Char Broil. If you want to order this brand, make sure you get their grates or they will not fit the emitter. There must not be a standard size so I bought one brand's emitter and a different brand's grates and they don't match up. However, the quality of the emitter is fine.

They don't quite fit and also two pieces broken off . Very little packing to protect this product , shipped USA TO Saudi Arabia .Look high quality and very heavy , but sadly broken on arrival
