Really easy to install and fits perfect!

Broke and damaged vehicle
Not as durable as the listing states. I bought these to pair with a small roof rack. After about 8-9 months, all 4 crossbar attachments snapped, sending the roof rack and crossbars down onto the hood of my Bronco. It dented my roof and scratched up my hood. I messaged the company about warranty info to see if it covered the cost of the damage and they refunded me my money for the crossbars. That was appreciated but now they won't reply about any actual warranty info.

Will Not fit on Outer Banks Edition
HLast month I wanted to use the cross bars for a trip...they did not fit, I have an 2022 Outrerbanks Ford Bronco Sport. I tried this on my neighbors ford bronco sport and they worked fine. My roof rails are thicker than the BadLand model, can I please exchange these for the right ones?

Bars too long
I have a 2021 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. I did not think that this fit. The bars are adjustable, which is great. The front bar I had to move to the longest setting and the back bar I had on the shortest setting and it was still too long. It wasn’t until I started looking at different products that I noticed the bars are different lengths. There are no instructions included, only a 30 second “installation” video

Does not work if you have a moon roof
While this did fit our Bronco Sport perfectly; because the cross bars are not raised it actually sits lower than our moon roof.Granted, one probably shouldn't open their moon roof when they have items on their roof rack; but, it also shouldn't interfere with using the cross bars if we did have something mounted on them.The OEM version of the cross bars from Ford are raised. These run horizontal with he side rails.
