The Sak Ashland Bucket Bag in Leather

Just received the purse and was a bit disappointed that the lining is not as shown in the pictures. I got the slate color and the lining is a dark beige. Made of recycled plastic bottles.I have a similar sak purse and I love the lining.Hopefully this lining is as durable. Other than that I am very pleased.

I am very picky about purses, it takes me forever to choose one. Didnt see anything in the stores, so turned to my beloved Amazon. I usually buy tote purses cause I like ALOT of room, this purse is actually a bit big BUT it's perfect. I bought the slate and the color is exactly what you see on Amazon. It's very nice soft leather, made well, you can tell by just looking at it it's not a cheap bag. Has enough compartments for me, and I love the webbed strap for when I want it to be a crossbody. The attached strap is comfortable and is nice and long, i hate short shoulder drop purses. I love it, hope it holds up well

Good quality materials and well made. The long strap is very comfortable worn cross-body; the shorter strap works well worn as a shoulder bag as long as I am not carrying too much.Bag would be improved by making the shorter strap detachable.

update: after just 2 moths of moderate use leather is deteriorating quickly. noticeably peeling off in the corners. very disappointed. what follows is my review from when the purse first arrived: as described. good quality. well made. color is a bit less yellow/more brownish than in the photo. i personally like it better. i bought it on sale. great purse for $100 (not worth $230 tho).
